Recipe Tips

  • Add a little bit of oil when grilling the chicken to prevent it from sticking to the grill pan. It will also help you achieve a perfect golden sear.
  • To keep the wrap secure, fold in the sides of the tortilla before rolling. For a tight wrap, do the ‘fold then tuck’ technique. Start from the side closest to you to make sure the ingredients stay inside the wrap.

Make Ahead and Storage Tips

These wraps are great for meal prep! Wrap your grilled chicken wraps individually in foil and store them in the refrigerator. They can stay fresh for up to 3 days. For longer storage in the fridge, up to 5 days, wrap the homemade wraps individually with plastic wrap.

These were excellent. I used leftover grilled chicken from a weekend bbq and it went great with the Parmesan.
