Ingredient Notes

- Cauliflower. This is the main ingredient! I get one medium head of cauliflower.
- Olive Oil. This is used to toss the cauliflower in so it holds the seasonings.
- Seasonings. Ranch seasonings. Use a premade ranch seasoning, preferably one without salt! I also add more garlic and smoked paprika.
- Buffalo Sauce. I use a thicker style buffalo sauce like Primal Kitchen.
- Homemade Ranch. This is a quick ranch made with sour cream and some more ranch seasonings. You can buy premade too if needed. If you want to make this vegan, grab a vegan ranch!
- Wraps. I use whole wheat tortillas but really you can use any wrap of choice!
- Toppings/Add Ins. Use whatever you want, I prefer feta or blue cheese crumbles, cucumber, spinach, red onions, avocado slices.
