Mediterranean Flatbread

Mediterranean Flatbread is easy, healthy and the perfect appetizer to share, or meal to be enjoyed. Bursting with flavors and ready in about 20 minutes.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 Naan or flatbread
  • cup hummus
  • ¼ cup olives, chopped
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup artichoke hearts
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers
  • ¼ cup feta, crumbled
  • ¼ cup mozzarella *
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Make hummus first if using my recipe linked. Preheat oven to 425º Prepare toppings by chopping roasted red pepper sand olives. You can also chop the artichoke hearts if desired. 
  • Lay flatbread or nann on a non stick baking sheet. Layer on the hummus spread, Mozzarella and veggie toppings. Finish the flatbread off with a dash of feta. Save the rest of the feta for topping later. Balsamic drizzle will go on last. 
  • Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are browned and crispy. Pull from the oven, drizzle with balsamic, feta and parsley. Slice and enjoy!
