- ½ cup old fashioned oats
- ½ mashed banana about ¼ -⅓ cup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup protein powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted peanut butter will also work
- 1 tbsp almond milk or ny milk of choice
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips

- Mix in what you love! If you want to do fresh fruit or nuts instead, they work great!

- Add a protein powder you love. This is what helps sweeten up the baked oats. You can skip the protein if you need.

- Don't overcook. Just let it get warm and browned a bit. I prefer the inside to be a bit soft.
