- 1½ cup cottage cheese full fat works best
- 1½ tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp fresh cilantro more for garnish
Using a high-speed blender, combine the cottage cheese, lemon juice, and seasonings. Blend until the cottage cheese is smooth, with a whipped consistency. Taste it and if you’d like more salt or garlic powder add more. You can also add 1-2 tbsp water to thin it out to desired texture.
Add the dip to a small serving bowl (it makes about 1½ cups of dip) and pair with fresh veggies, chips, or crackers.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
