Lemon Herb Tahini
This lemon herb tahini dressing is a flavor explosion ready in 10 minutes or less. Excellent on salads, dipping veggies in and spreading on sandwiches. Easy to make, bright addicting flavor.

- ½ cup tahini, well stirred
- 1 tsp minced shallot
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- ¼ cup fresh chives
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- ¼ cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed about 2 lemons
- ¼ cup cold water *see notes
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp maple syrup *see notes
*you may need more water to thin the dressing to the consistency you prefer.
