- 3 ripe bananas about one cup
- ½ cup peanut butter *
- 1⅓ cup oats *
- ¼ cup protein powder any will work
- ½ tsp salt optional for flavor
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Optional Icing
- ½ cup powdered sugar or confectioner sugar
- ½ tsp almond milk or water
Set oven to 350º Mash up bananas well. Be sure there are no chunks. Add in peanut butter, oats, salt, chocolate chips and protein.
Once dough is mixed, it should be sticky! Place 1 - 1.5 inch balls on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Press them down lightly. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let them cool before enjoying.
Optional: Drizzle on two ingredient icing once completely cooled. Whisk 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 1/2 tsp water or milk. Add more sugar to thicken. Add a small amount more of liquid to thin if needed.
