  • 1 4 oz log of goat chèvre

Optional Pairing With The Dip/Spread

  • 4 slices of toasted bread *
  • 2 tbsp honey *
  • 8 fresh figs *read notes for other flavor combinations

  • Take the goat cheese chèvre, place it in an oiled ramekin about 4 inch in size. gently press on it so it is even on the bottom of the container. and bake on broil low for about 8 minutes or less. Keep a close eye on it. Once the top starts to brown and get a nice crust, pull it out. In the meantime, slice your figs and toast your bread.
  • Once the goat cheese is baked, gently stir it a bit and spread it over the toast. Add fresh figs and honey and enjoy right away.

*You can just make the goat cheese dip and use crackers to dip. You can also drizzle honey over it and dip.
*If you want to make a savory spread, add in 2 tablespoons of olive tapenade or sun dried tomatoes. Any antipasto will also work.
