Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Breakfast to make ahead or a warm family breakfast dish on the weekends, you will love this six-ingredient Baked Oatmeal.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oats
  • tbs honey
  • 1 cup berries *
  • cup milk *
  • 1 cup Wallaby plain yogurt 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350. Add honey, yogurt, milk, and cinnamon to a bowl. Mix together 
  • Step 2: Add in the berries and oats and mix well.
  • Step 3: Bake in an 8x8 or similar size greased dish for about 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • **To make these into Baked Oatmeal Bites as seen on Instagram, use a greased muffin tin, fill each cup to 3/4 to almost full. Cooking times may vary but be sure to check on them around 15 minutes they may need a little more time than 20 minutes. They will need to cool completely before being transferred.

Notes

*any berries will work. I always go for raspberries or blueberries. Frozen will also work.  
*any milk will do but I recommend Horizon Organic Milk Or SILK nut milks.
