- 4 cup cauliflower *one large head
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup almond flour *
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups buffalo sauce *
*May also use brown rice flour
*Be sure the buffalo sauce is vegan!
*BBQ sauce will also work ~ or you can go half and half if you don't like much spice.
