Ingredients

  • 4 cup cauliflower *one large head
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup almond flour *
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups buffalo sauce *

Notes

*May also use brown rice flour
*Be sure the buffalo sauce is vegan! 
*BBQ sauce will also work ~ or you can go half and half if you don't like much spice.
