Easy, minimal ingredient Turkey Salad. Ready in under 10 minutes!
- 2½ cup Chopped Turkey
- ⅓ cup Plain Greek Yogurt or Mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup chopped almonds
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ cup chopped grapes
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsely
Chop turkey, grapes, almonds, cranberries, parsely into pieces.
Add all the above ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Top with seasoning, yogurt or mayo, and parsley. Mix well. Serve on toasted bread, crackers or over a bed of lettuce.
*You can use chicken instead of turkey
*Use a mixture of dark and light meat for optimal flavor
*Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
