Turkey Salad

Easy, minimal ingredient Turkey Salad. Ready in under 10 minutes!

  • cup Chopped Turkey
  • cup Plain Greek Yogurt or Mayonnaise
  • cup chopped almonds
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup chopped grapes
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsely


  • Chop turkey, grapes, almonds, cranberries, parsely into pieces.
  • Add all the above ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Top with seasoning, yogurt or mayo, and parsley. Mix well. Serve on toasted bread, crackers or over a bed of lettuce.


*You can use chicken instead of turkey 
*Use a mixture of dark and light meat for optimal flavor
*Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
