Burrata Spinach Salad With Honey Dijon Dressing

This Burrata Salad with Honey Dijon is filling, hearty and full of textures and creamy flavors. The honey dijon dressing gives it a perfect sweet note with the creamy savory flavors in the burrata.

  • 1 cup cooked noodles gemilli, penne or bowties would work
  • ½ cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 ball of burrata or mozzarella pat dry with a paper towel
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 sliced avocado for garnish

Honey Dijon

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp apple cidar vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 -2 tsp dijon mustart


  • In a medium bowl mix together the leafy greens
  • once pasta is rinsed and cooled add into bowl with leafy greens and tomatoes
  • In a separate small bowl add all the dressing ingredients and whisk together. 
  • Top salad with burrata. Pour salad dressing over salad evenly. Garnish with rosemary and pepper
