Banana Blueberry Breakfast Cookies
Banana Blueberry Breakfast cookies are the ultimate trade off from oatmeal. They are so easy for on the go mornings. They will also make a great healthy dessert with no added sugars.
- ½ cup almond butter
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 serving of protein powder (optional)
- ½ cup blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 (these will cook for about 10 - 15 minutes)
In a medium sized bowl mash ripe bananas well. Mix in all of the other ingredients well. Roll mix into equal size balls (gold ball size) and flatten lightly with your fingertips.
Bake on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 - 15 minutes until browned.
