  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 serving of protein powder (optional)
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • tsp salt
  • ¼ cup sugar add 1/3 cup if you like your cookies sweeter!

  • Preheat oven to 350 (these will cook for about 10 - 15 minutes)
  • In a medium sized bowl mash ripe bananas well. Mix in all of the other ingredients well. Roll mix into 1 inch equal size balls (golf ball size) and flatten lightly with your fingertips.
  • Bake on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 - 15 minutes until browned.

These cookies will last about one week if kept refrigerated in an air tight container. I have a feeling you will eat them much quicker, especially if you share them with family!
