Banana Blueberry Breakfast cookies are the ultimate trade off from oatmeal. They are so easy for on the go mornings. They will also make a great healthy dessert with no added sugars.
¼cup sugar add 1/3 cup if you like your cookies sweeter!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 (these will cook for about 10 - 15 minutes)
In a medium sized bowl mash ripe bananas well. Mix in all of the other ingredients well. Roll mix into 1 inch equal size balls (golf ball size) and flatten lightly with your fingertips.
Bake on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 - 15 minutes until browned.
Notes
These cookies will last about one week if kept refrigerated in an air tight container. I have a feeling you will eat them much quicker, especially if you share them with family!
