Banana Blueberry Breakfast Cookies

Banana Blueberry Breakfast cookies are the ultimate trade off from oatmeal. They are so easy for on the go mornings. They will also make a great healthy dessert with no added sugars.

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 serving of protein powder (optional)
  • ½ cup blueberries


  • Preheat oven to 350 (these will cook for about 10 - 15 minutes) 
  • In a medium sized bowl mash ripe bananas well. Mix in all of the other ingredients well. Roll mix into equal size balls (gold ball size) and flatten lightly with your fingertips. 
  • Bake on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 - 15 minutes until browned.
