Orange Creamsicle Chia Pudding (Keto & Plant Based)
Orange Creamsicle Chia Pudding is the perfect high protein, low carb, Keto, friendly breakfasts. It also makes a great snack. This recipe is on the go friendly as well!
Servings: 2 servings
- 1½ cup Silk Almond Coconut Beverage or plant based milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp orange zest (use the same orange above)
- ¼ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp sliced orange bits for garnish
In a glass Tupperware pour milk, add chia, orange juice, zest, vanilla and optional maple syrup. Whisk together well.
Place into refrigerator for at least 3 hours - 24 hours. whisk again before serving.
Pour into small glass, top with fruit and enjoy with a spoon.
