Peanut Butter Granola Bites
These energy balls are full of healthy fats and protein and have only 5 ingredients. They taste like dessert and will leave you feeling satisfied before or after a workout. They are also great for a mid-day pick me up snack!
Servings: 7 Balls
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup granola *
- 1/4 cup protein powder *
- 1 tbs honey or maple syrup
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Toss all ingredients (except kosher salt) into a vitamin or blender and mix together. If mixing by hand crush granola by hand while adding to the mix.
Scoop out portions with an ice cream scoop and roll together into equal size balls. place on parchment paper on a plate. sprinkle with kosher salt lightly. move to a storage container and keep in the fridge. Balls will keep in the fridge for over a week.

*I use this protein but use any brand you prefer. If you don't have protein powder use coconut flour instead
