Blueberry Banana Bread

This banana bread has a ton of flavor, a little crunch and it's a crowd pleaser for all ages (kids too!). Option to add granola for a pop of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup all purpose flour
  • cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 3 Over ripe bananas
  • cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 2 eggs room temp
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granola optional!
  • 1 cup bluberries Fresh or frozen!

Instructions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients into a large bowl whisk together and get clumps out. Mix all wet ingredients together in a seperate bowl and lightly and pour into dry ingredients. Mix together well.
  • Bake at 350 in a loaf pan for 55 min or until cooked all the way through.
