  • small mixer
  • food processor

  • 1 ½ cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil Only add if your almond butter is on the dry side
  • 6 dates
  • 1/4 cup protein powder I use this protein but use any brand you prefer. If you don't have protein powder use coconut flour instead
  • 3 tbs hemp hearts
  • pinch of sea salt

  • Soak dates in hot water for a few minutes and then chop. Toss all ingredient (except kosher salt) into a vitamin or blender and mix together. If mixing by hand chop dates up very small so they are equally spread throughout.
  •  Scoop out portions with an ice cream scoop and roll together into equal size balls. place on parchment paper on a plate. sprinkle with kosher salt lightly. move to a storage container and keep in the fridge. Balls will keep in the fridge for over a week.
