Other no bake treats to try:
I always need a little treat after dinner. In the summer I typically go for ice cream, frozen treats or no bake cookies. These cookies are made with almond flour which makes them totally gluten free! If you aren't familiar with almond flour, it is made out of almonds and is a bit more carb friendly than it's counter part all purpose flour. You can find the brand I buy here and order some for yourself
We love summer, but it does make turning on the oven a bit more challenging. I am always looking for ways to avoid it. No bake treats are the best recipes to whip up for when you feel like making something sweet but chilled and without turning on the oven.
These no bake cookies are fool proof. As long as you have the almond flour, you can sub any nut butter of your choice with this recipe. It's perfect for those who have some allergies.
