Some of my favorite pre-made crust is sold at Trader Joes in the frozen section but you can use ANY pre made crust of your choice. Several stores sell pre-made dough you can roll out and make within 20 minutes!
This Easy Brussels Sprout & Mushrooms Pizza is such a fun combination of flavors. I added a little lemon to the oiled brussels to give it a nice citrus boost which makes it taste extra fresh.
Shaved Brussels Sprouts
Have you tried them shaved before? They are like 5 times better shaved and they cook up so quickly. You can purchase them pre shaved or do it yourself with a cheese grater. Both are equally delicious.
Different mushrooms to use
You can use any mushroom you prefer for this recipe. I love shiitake mushrooms for this recipe because of the earthy flavor and textures. baby bellas would be another great mushroom for this pizza

Easy Brussels Sprout & Mushrooms Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made crust cooked according to instructions
- 1½ cup shredded brussle sprouts
- 1 cup mushrooms (i use shiitake)
- 2 tbs olive oil
- ½ cup crumbled goat cheese or feta
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp oregano
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp chopped white onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Read instructions to pre made crust or dough. Be sure crust is ready for all the toppings and plan accordingly to the instructions.
- In a skillet heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute onions in oil until translucent, add brussels sprouts and mushrooms, garlic, garlic powder. cook until brussels are soft and mushrooms are softened. add lemon juice and zest and cook for 1 more minute. Take it off the heat.
- Once pizza is ready to be topped brush it wil olive oil generously. sprinke with salt. Top pizza with brussels sporuts mixture and crumbled cheese. Bake until golden brown or crispy. sprinkle top with oregano and fresh basil if you have any and ENJOY.
