Did Someone Say Brunch Party?
I have always been a bit of a sucker for a good brunch, especially one that involves pancakes and waffles! When Sprouts invited me to join in on a pancake party hosted by Birch Benders I was ALL in. This brunch themed party was pretty much the perfect inspiration for brunch and a total Pintrest WIN (everything had so much thought behind it right down to the waffle puns around the table) .
We were greeted with some bubbly – always a good idea for any party (non-alcoholic is fine but in this instance it was prosecco). La Croix or other sparkling waters were the perfect touch for a brunchy party. Birch Benders had made little mini pancake skewers, that were quit honestly the cutest things I have ever seen. They were stacked with fruit and drizzled with nut butters, it was giving me some major inspiration and I really wanted to throw a brunch party like this in the near future. I think we all could use a little party themed around breakfast.
We ended the party with a “build your own waffle” station, probably my favorite part of this party. The options were endless, and I finally got to try Birch Benders new toaster waffles. I went for the paleo waffles since I am allergic to cows milk. They were delicious and you would never know they were paleo! I topped mine with vegan ice cream, berries, and of course lots of maple syrup.
The staff at Birch benders took the time to educate us a little about the company background and products.. Matt and Lizzie, the founders of the company, have been making some innovative, fun, clean mixes ever since their first product innovation. The toaster waffle line is the newest addition to Birch Benders line. They are full of clean ingredients like all the others AND they are imported from Belgium, then sold right here at your local Sprouts stores. Do yourself a favor and go grab a box. Xo xo – Bailey
