Strawberry Chia Jam

  • 12 oz of strawberries, stems hulled
  • ½ of a fresh squeezed lemon (less if you don’t like lemon)
  • 1 tbs of honey or 2- 3 tbs of liquid stevia, I ONLY use Nu Naturals as its not bitter like most
  • 1/3 cup of Salba Chia

Simmer ingredients (except chia) together for 10 minutes remove from heat and add Salba Chia at the end, stir thoroughly  

Pour ingredients into a jar and refrigerate for up to two weeks. Great on toast, oats, pancakes and ice cream.
